If you are applying through an agent, please return the completed
form to your agent.
If there are places available in the appropriate year level
and the application is successful, a letter will be sent offering
a position at King’s Christian College. Along with the
letter of offer, an invoice will be sent stating the amount
of payment required for fees and medical
insurance.
When you receive the letter offering you a place and you wish
to take it, please confirm your acceptance by sending paying
the required fees as outlined in the invoice and letter of offer.
Payment can be made by sending a bank draft made payable to
King’s Christian Education Ltd or by transferring the
funds electronically to the school bank account,
quoting the student’s name:

When we receive payment and if you need a student visa, we can
issue you with an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECoE)
and a welfare/accommodation approval (CAAW). You may take these
forms to your agent or directly to any Australian Department
of Immigration, and Citizenship (DIAC) to apply for a student
visa.
If all the initial entry requirements have been met, the applicant
will need to complete an assessment of their English language
ability beforebeing able to commence enrolment. Please contact
the school for dates of English assessments close to planned
commencement.
A successful interview with the Principal is essential BEFORE
the applicant can begin their enrolment at King’s. Please
contact the school’s International Student Registrar before
or after arrival in Australia to arrange an interview.
When the student visa has been issued, please notify the college
your date and time of arrival in Australia. Homestay accommodation
and airport pick-up can be organised if necessary. If the date
of travel or commencement changes, please notify us immediately.
