Beach Schools Cup 2020
The annual Beach Schools Cup is a two-day, school-based beach volleyball competition. As the only competition of its kind, the Beach Schools Cup attracts student participants from across Queensland. The 2020 Cup involved 350 teams, and for the first time King’s entered at least one team into every division of this exciting competition. The King's teams performed very well and all players learned a lot from the experience.
Day one was hot and sunny with most King's teams progressing through to the top of their pool. Day two brought heavy rain with tough playing conditions. Four of our seven teams progressed through to the Grand Final with two winning Gold. Congratulations students and thank you to the coaches for all of your hard work leading up to the championship. GO KING’S!
