The following weekend Sabrina competed at the Brisbane CDI, which is an international event and counts towards her world ranking, which currently is 144 in the world for 18 years and under. Sabrina has set her sights on being ranked in the top 10 in the world.

Congratulations to Taylah Allen (Year 9) for your success at the 2019 Queensland State Equestrian Championships. Taylah and her horse, Ace, became a new team three years ago and it has taken a lot of training and hard work to achieve these results.

Taylah and Ace represented King's at the Interschool South-East Queensland Regional championships in April 2019, placing 3rd overall in the Intermediate Hunter class. At the State Championships in July, the duo were named Intermediate Hunter State champions.

Outside of these representative school events, Taylah has qualified to attend the Grand Nationals in March 2020 in the Childs Hunter Galloway class. The Grand National Horse Show is Australia's most prestigious show for horses and riders at all levels and the opportunity to compete is a significant acknowledgement of Taylah's skills as an equestrienne athlete.
