NEW Reedy Creek Pick Up Zone Trial | Starts Week 2, Term 2
Throughout Term 1, Mr Wilson has been speaking with the King’s community to initiate some new changes designed to enhance processes and procedures at Reedy Creek. One of these areas requiring attention has been the afternoon drop off procedure. We have been collaborating with our afternoon traffic staff and have come up with a new pick up procedure that we will be trialling from Week 2 of Term 2.
This new procedure will see the following pick up zone times allocated to parents (the COLA car park will remain available at all times):
- Prep parents: 2:30pm - 3:00pm
- Year 1-6 parents: 3:00pm - 3:20pm
- Combo parents (Primary & High School): 3:20pm onwards
- High School only: Please use the pick-up zone on Eden View drive, if possible.
The purpose of trialling these changes is to make school pick up less stressful for all of our King's parents. Please watch the video below for further clarification on how these changes will work. Please note: All car tags will be given out to students in Week 1 of Term 2.
