Primary Honours Assembly | Semester 1, 2022
On Monday, 6 June, our Primary students, staff and guests filled King's auditorium for our biannual Primary Honours Assembly. This special occasion presented students with their Honours awards for an array of achievements in extra-curricular endeavours, including chess, choir, debating, skipping and swimming. There were also two important new awards presented at this event to acknowledge students who exemplify our College Culture. The first was our 'King's Kid' award which was given to one student from every Primary class who has shown their dedication to applying our King's Foundational Values throughout their school life and embodying the heart of our College culture. Similarly, the 'Worship Warrior' award was presented to those primary students who have shown their heart for Jesus throughout our chapels and their daily lives. It was heartwarming to have so many awardee parents able to attend the event and to have our Year 6 Captains confidently help to lead the morning's service. We congratulate all of our Honours Award recipients on your special achievements!
