On behalf of the King’s family, we hope and pray that you and your family are doing well during this lockdown period.

Over this next week school and home life will look a little different and it's important to stay focused on what you can do. Try and focus on the good things around you and be thankful. Here are some things you can do to take care of yourself: 

Self-care tips:

  1. Take regular breaks and breathe in five deep breaths
  2. Go for a sunshine walk and get outdoors
  3. Eat healthy food and drink lots of water
  4. Try to move your body at least once a day - eg a walk, bike ride, online workout
  5. Do something you love and get creative
  6. Spend time in a quiet and calm space for 10 mins
  7. Pray and meditate on His word - John 14:27
  8. Set boundaries around your digital time
  9. Journal your thoughts
  10. Focus on what you can do
