Term 1 Reading Challenge Results

Our King's libraries are always considering creative ways to promote reading for enjoyment, as we endeavour to foster a love of books with all of our students. This year we are conducting reading challenges each term for students in Years 3 – 6, and all students who read at least one book per week receive a prize. I am very heartened by the number of students who have completed this challenge so far, with many exceeding our expectations. In Term 1, we had 91 Years 5 - 6 students and 35 Years 3 - 4 students complete the challenge and receive an iceblock. Congratulations to these students and happy reading throughout Term 2!
