Birds of a Feather Flock Together
King's talented Primary artists collaborated in Term 4 to create an enormous set of eagle wings during Creative By Design week. The College hosted Master Classes in Art based on the bible verse in Isaiah 40:31 where God declares, “They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall rise up with wings as eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint.” In response to this theme, each artist created an elaborately designed feather using paint pens, glitter and sequins, and these feathers were combined to create the wings masterpiece.
