Year 2 Examines the Lifecycle of Bugs
Last week, Year 2 had an amazing incursion to bring their Integrated Studies unit to life. They were joined by their peers from King's Logan Village campus.
Waterbug Wonders allowed students to get a closer look at water insects and their life cycles. They learned about the life cycle of a dragonfly and mosquito; some students even had the opportunity to dress the part. The highlight of the day was catching and scooping up the water bugs to have a closer look. The students all loved getting to become budding scientists and explore the world of minibeasts.
