Australian Defence Force Information Sessions
The Australian Defence Force holds regular information sessions in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. These sessions provide opportunities to learn more about the different services, career roles, entry pathways and training available.

School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships
Current school-based apprenticeship and traineeship vacancies are available for Year 11 students and are updated regularly as new opportunities arise.
Students interested in a particular pathway who cannot find a suitable advertised vacancy may also approach an employer who may be willing to support them through a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship.
Families should also review the College policy regarding alternative study options and reduced academic loads for students in Years 11 and 12.

Year 11 Students Explore Future Career Pathways
Year 11 students visited the Careers Event at Aquis Park on 23 July, where they explored a wide range of future study and employment pathways. The event provided valuable opportunities to speak directly with industry representatives and learn more about career options, entry requirements and job prospects.
King's Golf Day 2026
Our King’s Community Golf Day was a wonderful celebration of connection, camaraderie and community spirit. With the rain clearing just in time, players enjoyed a fantastic day on the course filled with friendly competition, laughter and fellowship.
