Our recent Day of Hope was a wonderful celebration of culture, community and compassion, all in support of 100% Hope Uganda.
Led by students, the event brought together our 200-strong Student Life Team from Years 4-12, who worked tirelessly to make the day such a success.
More than 100 students from Years 3-12 took to the stage, delighting the audience with vibrant cultural performances that reflected the many backgrounds represented within our community, including Chinese, Korean, Samoan, Cook Islands, Māori, African, Rwandan, Aboriginal, Tongan, Papua New Guinean and Australian cultures.
The event was a joyful reflection of the rich diversity within our College community and the power of coming together for a greater purpose.
Thanks to the incredible enthusiasm and generosity of students, staff and families, an outstanding $13,500 was raised to support the life-changing work of 100% Hope in Uganda.
What a wonderful example of our community making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
