King’s Netball Club was proudly represented by seven students at the recent State Age Netball Championships, where they competed against talented teams from across Queensland.
Ardaas M. and her team placed third out of 20 teams in the Under 14 Division 3 competition. Mia R., Brooklyn B. and Makayla D. achieved an impressive second-place finish from 17 teams in Under 14 Division 4.
Mila M-H. and her team finished fifth out of 21 teams in the Under 13 Challenge Division, while Zoe L. and Pania M. also placed fifth in the highly competitive Under 12 Championship Division.
These results are a wonderful achievement and reflect the players’ dedication, teamwork and passion for netball. We are incredibly proud of the way they represented King’s and look forward to seeing even more of our Netball Club players qualify next year.
Years 9–10 Girls Crowned Titans Challenge Premiers
Our Years 9–10 Girls Rugby League team completed an outstanding undefeated season by winning the Titans Challenge 9-a-side competition. The team recorded six wins from six games before delivering a dominant 24–4 Grand Final victory over Trinity College Beenleigh.
King’s Pimpama E-sports Club Makes a Strong Debut
King’s Pimpama’s new Esports Club made an impressive competition debut at the FUSE Cup on 29 May. Four students represented the College, with two progressing to the knockout round and one reaching the quarterfinals in an exciting day of competition, connection and sportsmanship.
