In Week 9, Noah's Ark was blessed to welcome some very special visitors from our local police community.
Officer Longhurst, Officer Kloda, and Constable Campbell visited Noah’s Ark with a police car and police boat, creating lots of excitement for the children.
Over the past few weeks, the children have been learning about the many people who help us in our community and the important roles they play.
This visit was a wonderful opportunity to extend that learning in a hands-on and meaningful way.
The children loved sitting inside the police boat, dressing up in police vests and hats, and learning about police uniforms and some of the equipment officers carry.
Most importantly, the children heard the reassuring message that police officers are there to help keep us safe and that we should never be afraid to ask them for help.
We are very grateful to our Noah’s Ark families and local police community for taking the time to share such a special experience with the children.
It was a wonderful morning filled with curiosity, excitement, and lots of smiles!
