King’s Pimpama is excited to celebrate Reyaan R. (Year 4), who received first place in the Engineering & Technology Projects, Years 3 and 4 division, at the 2026 Gold Coast Schools Science Competition.
Competing among more than 600 entries from schools across the region, Reyaan proudly represented King’s as the College’s only entrant. His project, Accident Avoiding Robot System, showcased creativity, problem-solving and a passion for using technology to respond to real-world challenges.
In addition to presenting his own work, Reyaan enjoyed exploring the many imaginative projects on display. Inspired by the experience, he is eager to share his project with classmates and encourage other students to participate in the future.
Congratulations, Reyaan, on this outstanding result. Your dedication and curiosity are a wonderful example of what it means to Learn Passionately.
