Foundational Values Assembly
Twice a term our classroom teachers select students that they feel best reflect one of our Foundational Values. These students are honoured at a Foundational Values Asssembly where we also showcase some of our wonderfully gifted and talented.
Not only do we honour those selected by our classroom teachers but we also honour students, through our Parade of Champions. It is also a wonderful opportunity for our student leaders to practice their public speaking.
So far this term we have been blessed to honour all our Foundational Values recipients and see performances from Keeva Gilroy (yr 5) and Dylan Mapfumo (yr 4) and celebrate our champions.
Thank you to Officer Carey from Qld Police Service who came and spoke at both assemblies about "Safe 5", the 5 safe people that our King's Kids can go and speak to if they need to
