Noah's Ark Receive Junior Landcare Grant
Late in Term 3, representatives from Woolworths, Megan and Nathaniel (a King's dad) visited Noah's Ark to present our Early Learning Centre with their Junior Landcare Grant. King's was very fortunate to receive the grant of $1,500 sponsored by Woolworths and Landcare which will be used to help develop their vegetable garden and wild bee hive. Junior Landcare Grants have been awarded to primary schools and early learning centres across Australia with the aim of inspiring students through sustainable food production projects focusing on sustainable food production, improving waste management practices and enhancing native habitats.
