Science Week

Science Week 2023 was based on Innovation and Powering Future Industries. This national theme was an exciting way to show students across the school that Science is important, future-focused but also lots of fun.

Each day, we were able to engage students in new science activities to participate in. We started off the celebrations with a bang with Year 11 Senior Science students creating Rainbow Unicorn Toothpaste for our secondary students as well as some visitors from Year 1. The week continued with building challenges with pasta and marshmallows, lava lamps, mini tornadoes, gyroscopes and van de Graaf machines.

Building a love of Science and curiosity is always important and we loved celebrating this during science week!
