The team is coached by Year 4 Lead Teacher, Miss Meteyard, as well as Mrs Hawkins, Mrs Smith and Jasmine Hawkins (Class of 2021). In conjunction with coaching the team, Jasmine competed at the Championships, winning all of her events, including Age Champion. Team camaraderie was exceptionally high at this event, with every student showing great sportsmanship, encouragement, and team support. It was the first event at this level for some of the younger skippers and they performed very well. The results achieved were outstanding. Seventeen athletes will now represent King’s at the National Championships in June in Sydney. Six King’s athletes have also qualified to represent Australia at the 2023 World Championships in July in Colorado Springs, USA, which is outstanding. Go King's Skipperoos!
