State Finalists for Year 10 Business Students

In Term 3, the Year 10 Business classes competed in the Business Educators Associations Queensland, Plan Your Own Enterprise Competition. Business planning enables students to see the interconnectedness of business operations, providing an in-depth understanding of business functions within a real-world context.

Groups of 4 developed their own business idea, compiling a detailed business plan that included logos/branding, a legal structure, human resource requirements, marketing plans, competitor analysis, pricing and financial plans, and the prospects for the concept in the future.

We are honoured to announce that our team from the Pimpama campus was a State finalist for the group entries division. The team will now compete at the National Plan Your Own Enterprise Competition.
