The Careers Department Highlights
The Gold Coast Careers Festival is one of the largest careers events in Queensland. This is the perfect chance for students to discover the many career pathways and opportunities available to them. They’ll have access to the leading education and training providers in the region, as well as employers, and will have the chance to listen to tertiary student panels and inspirational talks. The event is open from Thursday 5 May - to Saturday 7 May from 9 - 3 pm, which allows parents to attend with their children to explore options together.

Griffith Film School Games Design Experience Week27 June – 1 July 2022Griffith Film School Experience Week is tailored to Year 11 and 12 students considering study in games design, animation, or film and screen media. The animation and film places filled fast, but there are still spaces available in games design. During the week-long program, participants will learn theoretical and practical skills from our industry-connected teaching team. 2022 USYD Sleek Geeks Science Eureka Prize
It's time for students with a knack for communicating, and budding filmmakers with an interest in science, to pull out their cameras. Entries to the 2022 University of Sydney Sleek Geeks Science Eureka Prize are now open to students across Australia, with entries closing on May 6th, 2022.
