King’s Christian College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Netball Coordinator to lead and grow our expanding netball program across our campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Christian school community that values excellence, teamwork, and character both on and off the court.
About the Role
The Netball Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all aspects of King’s netball program. This includes developing players and coaches, organising training and competitions, and fostering a strong culture that reflects the College’s values.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all training sessions, fixtures, carnivals, and tournaments.
Oversee team selection, player development, and program pathways from Junior through to Senior levels.
Recruit, support, and mentor coaches and volunteers.
Liaise with teaching staff, parents, and sporting associations.
Manage logistics including uniforms, equipment, and facility bookings.
Promote a positive, Christ-centred sporting culture within the College.
About You
A passion for netball and a desire to invest in young people’s development.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Previous experience coordinating a school or club netball program is desirable.
Netball Australia coaching accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
Requirements
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Agreement with the College’s Statement of Faith and commitment to support the Christian ethos of King’s.

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Netball Coordinator to join our expanding team.
This is a Part time position, with some weekend work required.
This role will commence in Term 1, 2026 ( 15 January 2026)

- at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).
