Applications are sought for the following position:

Education Support Officer (ESO) - Arts and Technologies - High School - Pimpama Campus

This is a Full Time (Term Time) Permanent position in our campus' high school Arts and Technologies department, and will be accountable to the Head of Department for Technologies.

Role requirements:

  • Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
  • Experience working with children and young people with extra support needs
  • Previous trade experience or similar will be highly regarded

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials and resources for practical lessons and classroom projects
  • Manage inventory and purchase supplies required for lessons and projects
  • Maintain stock levels and oversee storeroom organisation
  • Provide general support to the Industrial Design and Technology (IDT) teaching staff
  • Conduct basic maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Assist students with their projects and practical tasks under staff supervision

  • at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer)
  • at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
