Education Assistant (NCCD Support) - Logan Village Campus

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Assistant to join our expanding team, focusing on supporting students with diverse learning needs.

This is a Full Time, Term Time, position for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students requiring adjustments.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Adjustment Plans (IAPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and the Learning Enrichment Educator to monitor student progress.
  • Support the creation of inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of all students.

Essential Criteria:

  • Certificate III or higher in Education Support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with additional learning needs.
  • Understanding of the NCCD framework and its application in educational settings.
  • Experience in data collection and documentation related to student support.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies and inclusive teaching resources.​
  • Experience in MiniLit and MacqLit Language Intervention will be regarded highly

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 1500 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.

King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
